These terms apply when you use bloodsugarmom.com and when you buy my digital products, and later my courses or coaching. I've tried to keep them clear and fair.

Using the site
This site is for adults. It's educational and is not medical advice. Please read my Disclaimer, which is part of these terms. How I handle your personal data is explained in my Privacy Policy.
All text, photos, recipes, guides, and designs on this site are mine unless I say otherwise. You're welcome to share a link or pin an image with a link back to the original post. Please don't copy whole posts, recipes, or guides, or use them for your own business, without asking me first.
Buying digital products
- What you get: each product page describes what's included and the format (for example, a PDF download).
- Prices: are shown on the product page in US dollars (USD), including any VAT that applies to you. Your final price is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment: is handled securely by ThriveCart, my checkout provider, and its payment partners. I never see your full card details.
- Your contract with me: starts when your payment is confirmed. You'll get a receipt and a confirmation by email.
- Delivery: you'll get your download link or access right away by email. If it hasn't arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then contact me.
Your right of withdrawal and refunds
If you live in the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that's delivered right away, like my guides, that right ends once the download or access starts, but only if you agreed to immediate delivery at checkout and confirmed that you'd lose your right of withdrawal. You'll be asked to tick a box for this before you pay.
All sales of digital products are final, and I don't offer refunds once your download or access has started.
If something is wrong with your product, for example the file won't open or it isn't what was described, just email me. I'll fix it or send you a working copy, and if I can't, you'll get your money back. This doesn't affect your rights under consumer law.
You always keep your legal rights if a product is faulty or not as described.
What you can do with your products
When you buy a guide, you get a personal license. You can download it, print it, and use it for yourself and your family. Please don't share, resell, copy, or post it online, or use it with clients. If you're a professional and want to use my material with clients, ask me about it.
Courses and coaching
I may offer online courses and coaching in the future. Each one will have its own page describing what's included, how long you have access, the price, and the cancellation and refund rules. Those details will be part of your agreement with me when you sign up.
Coaching is support and guidance from someone who has been there. It isn't medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy, and it doesn't replace your doctor. You're responsible for your own health decisions and for checking any changes with your healthcare team.
Affiliate links and other companies' products
Some links on this site are affiliate links, explained in my Disclaimer. When you buy something through one, you buy it from that company, not from me, and their terms, prices, delivery, and returns apply. Please contact them about any problem with the product.
Liability
I work hard to make my content accurate and helpful, but I can't guarantee results, and you use the information at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on my content. If I'm liable for a product you bought from me, my liability is limited to the price you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law, or my liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Complaints and governing law
If you're unhappy with something, please contact me first. I'll do my best to sort it out.
If we can't solve it together, you can complain to the Danish Complaints Board (Center for Klageløsning) through forbrug.dk. If you live in another EU country, you can contact the European Consumer Centre (Forbruger Europa in Denmark).
These terms are governed by Danish law. If you're a consumer living in another country, you keep any protections the law of your own country gives you.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to a purchase is the one shown on this page when you bought.
